About Phil
I’m Phil – I coach, mentor, advise, teach, create learning, and continually learn.
My life journey has cultivated knowledge and wisdom through academic studies, life experience, and my personal and professional activities and interests. I’m often described as a Renaissance Person, because my interests and experience span many domains.
I’ve been a person of faith since the mid-1970’s, and the life of faith I’ve lived for nearly 50 years shapes and informs everything I do.
I’ve taught in Higher Education, developed assessments, and managed IT certification programs. I consult, mentor, and coach individuals and organizational teams. I can help you discover what you want to do, the required knowledge and skills, and help you craft a roadmap to get there. I’ve worked with individuals and teams in Information Technology, Continuing Education, Education Management, Manufacturing, Financial and Professional Services, and Christian Ministry.
