It is a widely used personality profile assessment in businesses and among teams.

Behavioral Styles

Historical and contemporary research reveal more than a dozen various models of our behavioral differences, but many share one common thread: the grouping of behavior into four basic categories.

The DISC + Motivators and DISC + EIQ

The DISC assessment is available as a bundle with either the Motivators or the EIQ Assessment.

The DISC measures observable behavior and emotion. Motivators shows the values that drive our behavior and emotion. When our DISC and MOTIVATORS are in alignment, we have personal synergy. When our DISC and MOTIVATORS are not in alignment, we experience personal conflict or tension. Upon completing the DISC+Motivators assessment you will receive a comprehensive 54-page report.
