Coaching Bundles, Assessments, Digital Downloads, and Courses

Coaching with Phil and Learning with Phil are services offered through Summit Learning Enterprises. These services include coaching services, assessments, online learning, and digital products. The refund policies are as follows.

Coaching

The refund policy on Coaching Sessions is as follows:

  • Coaching Foundations (2 sessions – 90 minutes and 60 minutes) is non-refundable.
  • Other Coaching Sessions purchased but not Scheduled: Clients are eligible for a 70% refund.
  • Coaching Sessions Purchased, Scheduled, and Canceled within 48 hours: Clients are eligible for a 70% refund.
  • Coaching Sessions Purchased, Scheduled, and Completed: No refund for after a coaching session. Exceptional situations reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Coaching Bundles

I offer Coaching bundled with Assessments and Courses. For Coaching Bundles, refund policy for Courses and Assessments applies to that portion of the bundle. Refunds on Coaching portion of the bundle is as follows:

  •   Coaching Sessions purchased but not Scheduled: Clients are eligible for a 70% refund
  •  Coaching Sessions Purchased, Scheduled, and Canceled within 48 hours: Clients are eligible for a 70% refund
  •  Coaching Sessions Purchased, Scheduled, and Completed: Refund requests reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Assessments

When you complete the form indicating your intent to purchase an assessment and make a payment, your payment reserves your assessment. All assessment purchases are final, and no refund is available.

Digital Download Products

Refunds on purchases of Digital Downloads isas follows:

  •  Digital product purchased but not downloaded: Eligible for a 70% refund
  •  Digital product purchased and downloaded: No refund.

Courses

When you enroll in a course, you immediately have access to all the course content – videos, lectures, and downloadable resources.

  • If you enroll in a course and do not review any content, you are eligible for a 70% refund.
  • If you have viewed any course content, no refund is available.
